Current international laws to manage the conflicts amongst nations are not strong enough to deter them. There is a need to reframe stringent laws that would discourage aggressive nations to take drastic steps on small matters. There should also be international laws that would maintain the sovereignty of small and insignificant countries which are currently at peril of losing their identities because of stronger, hostile and ambitious neighbors. Besides, the current laws were made immediately after WWII by those few countries who had dominated the final outcome of the war, making them suitable more to WWII like situations and beneficial to themselves more than others. WPDO strongly feels that those laws ought to be changed and such other countries should be included in the governing council who are the actual sufferers in one way or the other.
